The hotel had the best location, just next to the 7th street metro station. It was super convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The Staples Center and restaurants were also within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy a night out. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, providing great customer service. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic. Close to the 7th Street Metro Centre, Macy's Plaza, and numerous food outlets in Downtown. It is also conveniently located near Macy's, restaurants, and the Metro. Additionally, it is close to Staples Center and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was hospitable and accommodating, making my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the facilities.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel had a beautiful and modern decor, with a cosmopolitan vibe. I really enjoyed the outdoor deck area, perfect for relaxing upon arrival. The top floor gym had stunning views and top-notch equipment. The hotel's location was ideal, close to major downtown tourist attractions and right next to Macy's. The staff, including the concierge and doorman, were friendly and helpful.

Best aspect of the hotel was the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds, which felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor deck area with a beautiful fire feature in the water. The staff was polite and helpful, and the hotel's location in downtown LA made it convenient to visit nearby attractions like the Staples Center. Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety and the hotel offered parking and transportation options. We also liked that there was a restaurant on the lower level of the hotel, making it easy to find dining options.
